Recovery Community

A peer led day program to support our unhoused or recently housed community members in a safe, homelike space.


  • Meet with counselors that support your path to recovery
  • Individual counseling sessions

  • Supportive of Harm Reduction and Zero Barrier Treatment
  • Substance use disorder assessments offered on walk in basis - includes Navigation into care based on your recovery goals

Outpatient Program

Licensed by Washington State Department of Health for Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient Treatment


  • Meet with our friendly employment and housing case management specialists
  • Support in gaining documentation (ID's, SS Cards)
  • Create employment and/or educational goals
  • Receive support from your case manager in attaining your goals
  • Staffed with certified peer counselors with lived experience

Foundational Community Supports


  • Build self-esteem and belief in self
  • A variety of work experiences including grooming horses, caring for animals, and farm maintenance.
  • In collaboration with Cristy Pemberton of Full Circle Equine Rehabilitation
  • Sponsored by Smith-Barbieri Progressive Fund

Volunteer Work Experience Program

Street Outreach

Peer led outreach in downtown Spokane and surrounding areas


  • Zero barrier program
  • Medical staff that care
  • Education on medication options and how to use the medication
  • You get your prescription the same day as your appointment
  • Introduction to our on site Recovery Community and services
  • We can prescribe Suboxone and Vivitrol 
  • We welcome pregnant women

Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT)

Recovery support provided by a Certified Peer Counselor
